Thunders cricket team was formed in April 2007 by a group of software engineers working at washington DC. This team plays hard tennis ball match every weekend(both Saturday and Sunday) as well as any National Holiday at the venues given below: Centreville and Sterling grounds.

2. Sterling Team
3. Ashborn Team
This team has more than 25 players, lead by Sanjai Prabu(Captain) and Muruganand(Vice-Captain).
